| Hi , Ive been trying your service and have been winning auctions, however I loaded a list for the week and recently saw 4 auctions canceled and I had to delete and reload them. Can you advise on why? I am interested in subscribing but still testing and this is a major concern to me |

Were these group snipes? If so, this is normal, the first won snipe will cancel all the others in the same group. Do not group snipes unless if you want this to happen.
You may also see "CANCELED" status if you change your ebay password. When you do that you have to log in to Gixen with the new password and re-enter all your snipes. |
