This is normal - Gixen does not update prices real-time, but every few hours on average.

If you want real-time price updates, use Gixen Desktop Manager.

It's been 15+ hours and no updated prices

You are right, an ebay page design page prevented updates from being read properly. I believe I fixed it now, you should see prices start to update within few hours.

From what I can see now, most of them are updated, except the ones that ended in the meantime.

I have more 9 auctions not updated and more 19 auctions to add that could be out of date or not. May I list this 9 auctions or you will update the gixen system and correct this error? Everytime when this problem happen we have to make contact here or you are working to solve this?

Note that this is *not* an error. I have to point again that prices are completely irrelevant to sniping, it's only a convenience feature. There is no guarantee as to frequency of updates, and even 24 hours is completely fine. Updating prices is a very demanding feature in terms of processing power that is completely irrelevant to sniping.

Users who want live updates should use Gixen Desktop Manager. With GDM price updates are done from users' desktops, and not from Gixen servers, which makes it feasible to do them frequently. Gixen can't do that with 40k or 50k of schedules snipes.

For Mario to know there is something that needs fixing he needs our help to point out where the problems are... he can not be expected to be able to monitor absolutely every aspect of what has become quite a complex system that he is responsible for.

So, yes, more examples that illustrate an issue are usually appreciated... it is only when Mario has already posted that he is aware of an issue and is working on it that further examples are not helpful.

I take it by 'auctions to add' you are meaning those that you have imported from your Watch List but have not yet set a snipe value for?... The auction price is initialised from the Ebay page when you add a new snipe.

Unfortunately this is a dynamic system because Ebay are constantly changing their systems... Gixen will always need updating on a regular basis to keep up with those changes.
