Hello!

A colleague of mine told me, that the Domain from which you logged in into your ebay-Account determines the underlying ebay-company-branch with which you do your business.
In his particular case, he had problems solving an auction incident because ebay germany refused cooperation, pointing him to ebay U.S. (although the article was sold in germany). He logged in from ebay.com.
If it is true, that the domain you select for your login determines the counterpart on the ebay side, which domain does Gixen use? Is it the "home"-country of the ebay-user?
This might be of interest, when problems have to be solved with ebay itself and you would like the right place of jurisdiction...

For the very reason that you have stated it is configurable on the Settings page... look for Target setting near the top.

By default Gixen will use Ebay.com.
