How to change the Bid timer to 3 seconds ?

I have no idea on how to change the timer so that it gives a bid in 3 second ?

Can anybody help me ?

You need a Mirror subscription for it to be effective.

Then you can set the default on the 'Settings' page and/or you can select the value you want individually for each snipe, from the drop down list before you press the 'Add' button.
