How do I upload/download csv files. I am not seeing where to click to work with csv.
I have had a mirror subscription for years, but have not had the need to use a csv file until now.

For the benefit of others that might find this thread in the future, there are two places:
1> At the bottom of the 'Settings' page that you get when you push the 'Settings' button which is at the top of the page after you have logged in here on the web interface.
2> In the Gixen Desktop Manger on the 'Tools' menu there is an 'Upload Tool' option.
