My main server setting is Australia, and mirror is US. I want to snipe ebay France. Do I need to alter server settings?

It does show on ebay.com if I search for the item number, but does not if I search for the title. The actual listing is only on ebay.fr and has worldwide shipping

It doesn't matter if it shows in search or not, the snipe should still work from ebay.com or ebay.com.au if you can see the listing on those sites.

If not, you will not even be able to enter it on Gixen. In other words, if you can enter the snipe on Gixen, it should work, unless if seller has restriction on where he/she ships the item, but in that case nothing will help.
