Every other time I log in my info is missing

For some reason every other time I log in my auctions are missing and it appears I am not a mirror service subscriber. If I go back to home and log in again everything is there as it should be. This happens every other time I log in from either of my computers regardless of location (one is a laptop)

Any ideas?

Are you logging in with your email address instead of ebay username maybe? Gixen doesn't know that this is the same account.
