| I didn't have my mobile so checked how bid was going on husband's phone. Could not get in. Now account has been suspended due to 5 failed attempts at logging in. What can I do? |

Is Judeth2005 your Ebay id?
The suspension will have been automatic... However, lifting it will, I believe, be a manual process that only Mario will be able to do for you.
Probably best to email Mario at the support address available on the 'Contact' tab above, so that you can discuss this in private. Include your ebay id in the email, but not your password.

| Please try again now, the suspension is lifted. Always check if your password is correct on ebay, do not repeatedly try to login on Gixen. |
