I keep getting this message when trying to add a quote. I see someone else also had same problem recently.

This is a buy-it-now item, you can't snipe these, and there is no point.

Most of problems adding items are rare and unrelated, except when ebay makes a change that breaks things.

I cut & pasted the item # in. Gixen, or Ebay wouldn't accept the bid at $27.00 or $27.50 but did accept the bid at $32.00. This is confusing as the bit currently stands at $7.99 and the auction has a couple hours to go. Since the bid has been accepted, this is more to learn what went wrong as I am new to Gixen.

Since the auction has now ended it is no longer possible to investigate it with the circumstances you had when you tried this.

There does not appear to be any reason why you could not add a snipe of $27 but could for a higher amount.

If you experience any similar issues in the future please let us know what error message Gixen produced when it was not able to add the item and hopefully then someone will have the time to look at it before the auction completes.
