Long time Gixen mirror user here. First real failure I seem to have had with your service.
Item - 161093689237
Imported from ebay watch list, then exported snipes as .csv file in order to edit them all to be in the same group and price for re-import (I did this in order to save time instead manually editing each item individually).
All seems well with my snipe list. Appears to have correct maximum bids and group number however I just won an item for GBP 35.55 instead of GBP 25.55. Gixen is not showing that I have won the item and therefore my other grouped bids are too high. This is also GBP 10 more than I wanted to spend on this item! Initially I did have GBP 35.55 as a maximum bid for an item in this group but it was changed two days ago and Gixen reflected the correct change before incorrectly bidding today.
Sorry this seems a little convoluted.
tldr - Gixen bid a previous max bid from more than 24 hours before, has not recognised it has won and therefore all my group bids are still live. |

I meant to write all my snipes are still live even after Gixen bid on my behalf at the earlier (incorrect and higher) price.
This seems like a major failure of some system as it is displaying one thing and doing another. |

camerasforeyes, did you delete the remaining items before doing an import?
I am trying to find out what happened here - apparently an item was deleted on the main server, but not on the mirror server. |

Hi Mario, thanks for the quick response.
I didn't delete them when importing them. When I imported the edited .csv file it overwrote the items on my snipe list with what I presumed were the correct values.
It did give me several items that weren't on my list which I manually deleted on one of the first attempts (I put this down at the time to perhaps excel saving the .csv file with 'incompatible features' namely I had formatted the cells to show a number without decimal place rather than 'general' with show significant figures.)
Do you think I should go ahead and delete the other items in the group so I don't win any more? |

The reason for not deleting them was so you could see all the data as it was presented without my interference. But I really don't need two of these ereaders, especially if it is going to bid the higher price! |

camerasforeyes, what happened is that they were deleted and re-inserted on main server, but not on mirror. That winning snipe came from mirror. Still looking into how this happened.
No need to delete them, just click on "Gixen Mirror - Miami" tab and verify that everything is in sync with the main. I think that it is, and this was a single, not systemic problem, but that's how you can check. |

Also to add a recommendation for product features, a edit 'group' feature would be nice to save this recurring again. |
