hi,mario .have 2 question for you ,i am with mirror
1) have set my bids at 6 secs is this the best setting ,
2)i am bidding on several lots ,some a few minutes apart ,on my settings it shows group dis abled,which i believe is the best way if you want all the items ,however on my bidding page of gixen ,i have 3/4 items with group three written underneathis this okay if i want all the items and if not how do i remove,regards,martin

1) There are not any 'Best' settings, this is why these things are options for you to use, different options work best in different circumstances... personlayy I prefer a slightly larger offset for my snipes as that works best for he type of auctions I am interested in winning.

2) If you want all items the use of Groups should be avoided. To remove Grouping from a snipe you should press the 'Edit' button for that snipe, and then set the Group option on that snipe back to the default before saving it.
