|
|
hello,
i have a login issue with firefox.
If I type in 'gixen', in the address bar, I get https://www.gixen.com and can click on the username field to access my login (there are three different login names, for different ebay areas etc).
If I click on 'Home' from the gixen site, I get a non-ssl page.
The issue that is in firefox, the non-ssl page gives a different choice of logins. It's like there are two 'gixens' in firefox and one set of saved logins for each. |

Once Firefox defaults to https it stays that way until after you log in, which is when Gixen redirects to an http session after it has your credentials via the secure transfer.
I use a favourite to access the site via the http route so I don't see this behaviour.
The issue you are experiencing is because you have chosen the option to save your credentials in Firefox and have then chosen to access the site in two different ways, so Firefox now has two different stores of your credentials. _________________ Mark |
