| Email me and include your username. You should not use Gixen to check what your password is, you should verify it on eBay first, then log in to Gixen. |

The suspension may be automated and permanent, to have it lifted you may need to contact Mario directly via email, his contact details are on the 'Contact' tab above... please include your ebay user-name, but not your password in the email that you send to him.

As I said above, for this type of issue it is best to email Mario at the address given on the 'Contact' tab above... include in your email the ebay id that you wish the suspension to be lifted for.
Depending on why the suspension was made, and your assurances that the circumstances can not happen again, the suspension may then be lifted.

This was resolved via email.
I keep saying that one should never keep guessing what their password is using Gixen. If unsure what your password is, check it on ebay first. |
