are snipes with $0 bid actually submitted?

If a snipe is scheduled in Gixen, with a bid amount of $0.00, will gixen attempt to log in and bid? E.g. 221188592190. I am wondering because it might slightly interfere with manual bidding at the same time. If NOT, the status in Gixen should not say "scheduled", perhaps clearer language is possible if that applies to the auction itself and not the snipe. I see the color-coding, that helps.

Gixen will not attempt to submit any snipe with amount that's lower than the last detected current high bid. Which means 0.00 snipes will simply be skipped and marked as "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE".
