Hi, thanks for providing this forum. In the past Gixen has worked well for me but recently I have encountered the same mystery issue as a lot of users. Every now and then Gixen displays the 'cookies are not enabled' message and doesn't allow me to log in. I have searched the forums and there doesn't seen to be a fix for this. As per the posted suggestions, I have allowed cookies from Gixen, turned off Adblock Plus, and removed the cookies from Gixen. None of this makes any difference and I have always been able to log in without making these changes.

Some extra info that I don't think anyone has mentioned is that this intermitent fault can happen in the same browsing session. Sometimes I only have to reload the page and I can log in, other times (like now) I can't for hours. I find this disapointing as I have purchased a mirror subscription but may be forced to use a differnt application in the future if this can't be fixed.

In the past it has also been related to the time and date settings on your computer.

The problem has also been associated with browser problems. Which browser do you use?... Is it up to date?... have you tried a different browser?

You also get that message if you log into Gixen on two browser tabs, then log out on one, and finally try to use the other tab again.

I realise that does not solve your problem but it does perhaps provide other avenues for you to investigate.

butcookiesareenabled, sounds like a browser issue - have you installed any privacy add-ons, etc? If not, you can also try to download and use another browser, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.
