| Hi since supporting site I am unable to import my watch list I have to go to each item and copy and paste item number. Any help would be appreciated |

Do you get any error message(s) when you push the 'Import Watch list' button?

| David, I guarantee you that it doesn't have anything to do with supporting the site. Note that ended listings and items you already bid on will not be imported. |

Dave again. no error message.
push import watch list and blue circle spins then back to Gixen with no watched items.
I can supply my ebay log in if this helps |

Hi Dave,
Is david2676 your ebay id?
Please note that the import does not seem to happen instantaneously, at least not for me... and note the exclusions that Mario has mentioned above.
If you are thinking of allowing Mario to look at your account directly it is probably best to talk about supplying your credentials via email... the contact address is in the 'Contact' tab above... If you do that include your ebay id in the mail but not your password, email is still not secure enough to send passwords... Mario can provide a secure way for you to provide that later, if necessary.

| David, can you email me and send me the contents (item ids) of your watchlist? Also, can you try to add a brand new item (active auction, not buy-it-now-only item) to the watchlist and test it again? |

I thought I had this problem too. But mario mentioned buy-it-now-only items. That's why mine weren't importing. Perhaps if there was a results page that listed the # of items not imported, or some kind of indication somewhere on the main gixen page that some buy-it-now-only items were not imported, users wouldn't trip over this gotcha.
Dang captcha has a 1 that looks just like an i due to the added noise... |
