Lost Gixen mirror service after website interruption

I was previously subscribed to Gixen mirror service by virtue of backlinking on my website, www.mathannotated.com which was a reasonably high traffic math website.

A couple of months ago, I had to relocate web server and my math website was taken down for a couple of months, but it is now back up.

When I log into Gixen, I no longer am subscribed to mirror service even though the backlink with the rest of my website has now been restored. And there seems to be no option for my to resubscribe as a backlinker.
