You are referring to titles displayed in the Gixen Desktop Manager.
High bid?: is the auction price detected by the manager last time that it checked ebay. It is referred to as 'Current' in the web interface.
Status Main?: is the status reported for that snipe by the Main Gixen server, it will remain as SCHEDULED until the auction completes and will then give you an indication of the result. It is referred to as 'Status' on the Main tab in the web interface.
Status mirror?: is the same as Status Main? except that it is what is reported by the Gixen Mirror server. It is referred to as 'Status' on the Mirror tab in the web interface.
