missing items

Hello,

I am using gixen from half year and I am very happy with it.

Normally when one auction end and I don't win it it states there the -if I am outbid, out-sniped or something els. But recently I start noticing some auction just disappears from the list with no reason. I am listing a lot of auctions sometimes 15 or 20 in one time and in first I started to thing i have removed this bids and forget about it.

But it happen again and again. And now I am absolutely sure some auctions just disappear from the list and I don't know why I didn't win them or if I bid on them.

Last night I list 4 different auctions, now they are 3, I didn't log in gixen till 5 minutes ago, so I couldn't remove it if it finished.

What's the problem. Is there any оption that I am not aware of and it delete my auctions. Or can someone use my account.

Maybe it's me but don't know what can be wrong.

It is very difficult to track down a problem like this without auction numbers that demonstrate the problem.

Have you any idea of an auction number that has had a snipe deleted when you have not requested it to happen and the auction is either still running or it is less than 48 hours since it finished?

No I don't. I didn't have reason to write it down till now.

Last night the first auction that I listed (the one that disappeared) have 23 ours to the end. So I check gixen because I knew it was near to the end and I wanted to see how it was working out. And it was just missing. I can't find the item on ebay now, I guess it ended at same point.

Can I check how many times I have logged in gixen and with what IP in the last 48 ours.

I don't know if Mario logs that information. Even if he did, I doubt that he would want to share it here on an open forum for confidentiality reasons... it would have to be via email to an address that was registered with the account... by having paid for a Mirror subscription.

I would suggest that you also monitor the auctions that you are sniping on ebay, at least, until you have this problem sorted out to your satisfaction... The most logical way would be to create a list called 'Gixen list' and add them to that... that way if any go missing again you know which ones and can report back here.
