Hi,
I just changed my user name & password, and now Gixen is not recognizing my account. I believe I am paid up through 2013 or 2014. Please advise.

You know what? ebay won't let me change my user name back. Can someone please help me with this problem ASAP? My old user name was bippy_video.

Troy, use the following link to transfer your mirror subscription. You will need access to the email address you used on paypal to make a payment in order to confirm the transfer.

That's good, it shows that this Community area can be useful even to those that don't need to post on it.
FYI... If you (or anyone else reading this thread) need to use the transfer form again it can also be accessed via the link on the Settings page, after you have logged in. _________________ Mark |

I got the following after clicking on the confirmation code

but still have managed to log-in.
I think the link to the form should be put into FAQ. |
