hi,
i didn't use gixen for about a year and now i just can't log in.
i deleted the gixen cookies and this does not help. i use no script and ad block plus. i disabled ad block plus for gixen and i turn always the no scrip temporalily off too. i use secure login extention like before too.
when i log in, i get redirection message and a possibility to click on link, if i don't get redirected automatically after 5 seconds (this was always the case before)
then i get redirected to login page again and it says: session expired, login again later
i remember before i also had to input login 2 times, but after the second time and clicking on the redirection link, i always got into gixen. now it does not work and i am stuck in this redirection/login loop.
my ebay login functions fine and i am able to login to gixen destop application i downloaded today (with that i have a problem too, but will post it in another topic, as it does not have anything to do with login)
thank you

Due to the sensitive data involved, it is usually best to resolve issues with being able to log in via email with Mario, rather than attempt to resolve them in an open forum.
Mario's contact details are on the 'Contact' tab above. If you do email him please be sure to include your eBay id in the email, do not include your password though, email is not secure enough a medium to send passwords.
That said, I'm not sure what you mean by 'secure login extention', in your email I suggest that you elaborate on that, there are some features that eBay and Paypal provide that are incompatible with sniping.
From your description it does sound like Gixen has never operated as intended for your id. That would tend to indicate that there is something special about your id, or the way that you are using it. _________________ Mark |

boby,
My advice would be the same, email Mario include your eBay id and explain the problem again that way, it isn't easy for him to find what the issue might be without your help. _________________ Mark |

www_pyrmont-akb_de,
You can't use a sniping service while there is a captcha on your login to eBay, fortunately those that eBay put there automatically don;t tend to be there for more than a day or two... So I suggest that you wait for it to go away and then try again. _________________ Mark |
