My previous request for information has not appeared in the Support section yet. I repeat my request as to why Gixen did not place my bid. The auction ended at full time with no bidders. Many thanks

Sorry about that, I haven't seen your previous post. Gixen main server had an issue at that time (announced right that morning, see http://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=589).

Again, my apologies, I hope you can find a similar item again.
