Cant add snipes?!?!

So Im using the PAID service and I cant add any snipes....

Every time I try to add an eBay item number I get a red error message at the top of the screen.

What is going on?

I've never had this problem.

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance.

snipe seems to be working now. I had the same problem for about 30 minutes until about 15 minutes ago

I cannot replicate the problem, so it's a guessing game on my side - however I made some changes that I think may resolve the problem.
