what's the problem

I met a very strange problem, when I bided a camera on ebay, and my highest offer was 1351 GBP, at the end the final price was only 1031 GBP but I lost it, very strange, and I saw the price in Gixen was 2483 GBP but the actual price was only 1031 GBP! why?! I pay 6 dollars for the mirror but I still lost the worthy camera! what's the problem? and will it happen again? I can't trust it and just put the bid directly on ebay instead of Gixen![/img]

and I found the final price of serval items in Gixen were less than the actual price on ebay, only displayed problem? for example, I saw the final price of one pen on my Gixen was 330 $, but I clicked the item link to ebay and found that the actual price was 355$! I don't understand that!

lzhjinny, you have to give me item numbers, these numbers mean nothing to me if I can't find the item and investigate it.

the camera item number is 270983167557, gixen information is bid under asking price, but the actual price is far below my offer. and so many items' price display in gixen are different from their actual price in ebay, due to I deleted the completed items, I can only give you one example item number 290719440075

270983167557 - this happened because there was one bid of 8,903 GBP (see bid history of the original listing), that was retracted by the seller. Obviously this bid messed up things, so the seller decided to relist the item.

290719440075 - this can happen occasionally - that Gixen does not fetch properly the final price, but it does not change the outcome at all. It's a minor issue.
