When I download DTM and find it to open, it opens in notepad but in code. I canot get it uncoded of find a progranm ot open it. Adobe says it cannot open this type of file

You don't need to open it, you should be able to run the file with the .exe extension by double clicking on it from inside Windows Explorer.

It automatically opens in Notepad in Hieroglyphs or code as may call it. It shows as a zip file.

You have to extract all the files from the zip file into a directory on your computer before you run it.
