Both bids failed due to the same reason: AUCTION RESTRICTED: SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED

My account is located in switzerland. But there is no Switzerland in setting menu.

This will be because the seller has specified that they will not send things to Switzerland, the only way around this is to talk to the seller and persuade them to allow you to bid.
