Why didn't my bid show up on the bid history?

Hi, I used Gixen to bid on an item a while ago. I had everything all set and it even said 'Scheduled'. The item # is 270865366540

Turns out my bid was too low, which is my fault. When I went to check Gixen it said 'BID UNDER ASKING PRICE'

When I checked eBay to look at the bid history it only showed the last bid I had put in hours before (42 euros), not my snipe amount, which was significantly higher but still not high enough. (I forgot the actual amount since it's been a while.)

So what happened? Did Gixen not enter my bid because it was too low in the first place? Or does it just not show up?

eBay will not accept a bid that is too low, so you should not expect to see it in the bid history when this happens.
