Not won because 'sign in information not valid'

ENDED 20.01 13.49 Sign in information is not valid.

I haven't changed anything re my ebay sign in... and have been doing just fine on my previous auctions. the only thing I did change in past 24 hours was to change my browser from Firefox to chrome... which shouldn't have affected anything!

I need to know why this happened so that I don't repeat this error!

I think you are saying that Gixen has been able to place bids for you with these same credentials, in the past?

It means that eBay indicated that your id or password were not recognised when Gixen tried to log in to place the bid.

If Gixen has worked for you in the past something other than which browser you use must have changed to prevent Gixen logging in.

Since you can not reveal your credentials on this open forum it might be best if you dealt with this via email.

Just looked into this, and there is no doubt that the password under this auction was scheduled is an incorrect one. Note that you may have changed your password months ago - Gixen would have still allowed you to log in with the old one until you log in with the new one for the first time.
