Says I bid under asking price...but i didn't?

Hi, I put in a bid of GBP 86.10 for item 200656449654 - and the item sold for GBP 85, but the Gixen soft ware said I didn't win as I bid under asking price.

Any idea why this might have happened?

Your bid was too low.
The bid increment is 2.00 so your bid should've been at least 85 + 2 = 87.
Your snipe 86.10 is lower than 87, that's why you lost.
