didnt get my bid placed please help

hi, i was hope someone could help me understand what happened.I set everything up in gixen for a item that had a reserve.my max bid was 250.00 .the item ended at 234.50 with no bids from me. I followed the item for the last few minute and the 234.50 bid was there for the last 6 mintues.I wanted to sign up for the mirror service but this has happened a few times and Im feeling ify about the service. maybe its my fault hope someone can help.thank you

It would be useful to other users to know what the problem with eBay was, if you know?

From the status you got it appears that Gixen did make a bid and the reserve was not met, this indicates that the reserve, set by the seller, was more than 250.00.

This seems to be confirmed by looking at the bidding on eBay... I can see that a snipe was placed on eBay by a user with a feedback score of 86, was that not your snipe from Gixen?... It was not there for the last 6 minutes, it was placed with an offset of 5 seconds... And the reserve was never met by any of the bids on the auction so was higher than any of the buyers were prepared to pay, as a result the seller did not make a sale on this auction.
