| Hi I placed a bid on Gixon with Mirror for GBP 151 for item 280728483001 on eBay, the item was sold for GBP 127 can you please explain what went wrong? |

| It looks like you deleted it since, but in the original entry I can see "AUCTION RESTRICTED: SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED". I other words, seller does not ship to your country, |

| No I have not deleted anything I can still see it when I login to Gixen! As for the location (Scottish Highlands) I do not live in that restricted area of Scotland and confirmed that with seller. So why did Gixen not place me bid? |

EBay rejected the bid because of the way the seller set up the auction.. you need to talk to the seller about the settings they have for their auctions.
Your bid would have been rejected if you had tried to bid manually, there is nothing that Gixen could have done to get the bid accepted.

You probably did an edit, then refresh after auction end, this is why I see the original entry as deleted.
As for restriction, there is no doubt that your location was restricted by this listing - I have the response page logged. This is coming from eBay, not Gixen. |
