"current" price not up to date for "time

Today I noticed that the "current" price for item #170687031860 was not up to date for "time to end" indicated. On Gixen it kept reading $171.50, even though on eBay it showed as $206.27. I logged in several more times, and Gixen would update the "time to end"; however, the "current" price would still not update.

That's completely normal, prices are updated only periodically. It has zero effect on sniping, they are there for user convenience only.
