Hi!
I've been using Gixen for a few years now and I love it. But I've never seen this before...
Gixen put my bid in for an item (260791515174), one of a group, but my snipe was sniped by someone else a second later and I was outbid. Fair enough.
But Gixen thought I won when I actually lost and it so it cancelled the rest of my group bid, which was a bit annoying. How could Gixen think I won when ebay says I lost?
Cheers! |

Gixen detects "outsniped" status by checking the current price seconds after auction ends. Sometimes this price update fails, and Gixen stays convinced that user won, and subsequently cancels remaining snipes in a group.
I'll see what I can do to improve this. |

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I'm glad there's a logical explanation
The failure must be rare because this is the first time I've come across it in years.
Good luck with fixing it. |

I also have an auction that ebay says I lost but Gixen says I won. This was last week. Fortunately this bid was not grouped, so no harm, no foul, but still there seems to be a bug here to work out. |
