From about 5pm - 7pm we could not log into gixen.com (it just said "Connecting....") and we could not use Desktop Manager.
Was Gixen having problems today?
We had about 8 items scheduled for sniping before this outage, then when we were able to get back online, after the outage, we had nothing schedule on either the Main or the Mirror.
What happened? |

| The front-end was down for around hour and a half, however backend was not affected at all with this, and no snipes should have disappeared. You are the only user reporting something like that. What is your username? |

Gixen wasn't working for me, either.
It was about 30 minutes.
It made me appreciate the service even more! |
