An auction I was watching just ended and despite having well above the highest value on gixen, I lost for what I can only assume is because of terrible support.

Ive been able to log in without any difficulty and modify the value I put on auctions but when it came time for the auction to close, I somehow lost despite being 30+ dollars over the ebay bid. On the Gixen bid page I got this message next to the item, "Sign-in information is not valid"

Really, isn't that odd? I've been able to log in fine and now all of a sudden it has a problem with my log-in?

Anybody else had this problem? Is this Gixen thing just a total crapshoot? Works sometimes, doesn't work other times....?

Help....

OK, this is the third post already - you sent me an email (to which I replied), I also replied to the same post in the support forum, and now you are also posting in the impressions already. You have received 2 responses within 6 hours, so how is this terrible support?

When you change your ebay password, you have to log in to Gixen with your new password and re-enter your snipes. Any snipe scheduled under your old password will fail. Gixen, unfortunately, cannot check your password against ebay every time you log in, so you may still be able to enter a snipe under the old password. This is likely what happened here.

I wonder what support has to do with it..
The support does not snipe, the sniping service does.

If you'd read the instructions properly you'd have known that you needed to reenter your snipe after changing your password. So your fault!
