Dear Gixen,
I recently changed my username on ebay. The week before i decided to support your awesome service and sign up for mirror service. How do i get the mirror service i paid for the transfer to my new account name? |

There is an automated transfer form you can access from the Gixen settings page, just follow the instructions. Please email me if you don't get the confirmation email. |

Just changed my username and password on eBay. Then transferred my old account to my new account here on Gixen. My mirror subscription transferred but none of my snipes did. Should I reenter them (thankfully, there were only 2) or wait for them to show up? Only a few hours before one of the snipes is supposed to execute and I don't want to miss that item.

| They will not show up - you have to re-enter them. If you don't remember what they are, email me and I can pull that info up. |
