I have been using Gixen for a number of years now and I've never had this happen. Every time I want to post an item I get this message "Could not add this item". I checked to make sure the item numbers are correct, but still does not work. Any answers? |

Are the items in your home country?
If not, you might want to change the target server that you use on your Gixen settings page.
Can you provide example auction numbers? _________________ Mark |

Yes the items are from my home country (USA). Although I have purchased many items from both USA & UK (through Gixen) and never had any issues before today.
Some item number examples that I can not add to my Gixen list:
190503870949, 270703238550 |

I have just tried over half a dozen practice runs on different item #'s for testing and none of them will list.
This is very disappointing as I purchase many, many items and depend on this for resell income.
BTW, I am also a paid subscriber to Gixen and have been for probably 6 years or more. |

OK, I imagine that eBay has changed something on the listings page of .com USA site.
I can add those items with my target set as the United Kingdom so if you have things ending today I would suggest changing your target temporarily to the UK to add those. Gixen will then bid via the UK but that doesn't really matter unless you later want to dispute the transaction, you would have to do that via the UK site.
I'm sure Mario will be along shortly to look at why you can't add with a target set to the USA. _________________ Mark

Is this snipes that were accepted by Gixen, so they were scheduled and then not executing?
Or is it, as others are reporting on this thread, that they are not being accepted by Gixen at all?
Can you provide examples? _________________ Mark

Thank you Mario for your attention to this matter. I just loaded several items on Gixen and it is working just fine.
Thanks again for your fast action, it is very much appreciated!

Have you tried since Mario applied the fix he mentioned earlier in this thread?
If you have and it still won't accept them, since they end very soon, I suggest the work around of temporarily setting your target (on the Gixen settings page) to be the United Kingdom, I am able to add all these with that setting. _________________ Mark |

Mark, these are all fine and could be added after the fix, so I assume it was a late reaction. |

Ah OK,
Sorry, I didn't try those with a target of .com after the fix.
It looks like this problem is now completely resolved... once again thanks for your attention and hard work Mario. _________________ Mark |
