Gixen sign in details incorrect.

I had four scheduled bids with one about to end just before the end of the first bid a notice came up in one of my boxes within Gixen saying sign in details incorrect and all the bids were cancelled.

consequently there was no bid on my first item and it was lost, had to regenerate all other scheduled bids to correct the problem.
Any ideas what the problrm is ?

Have you changed your ebay password recently? Gixen will still allow you to log in with the old / memorized password, but your bids will fail exactly like this.

thanks for the reply mario but no password or profile changes to ebay,

I was actually already signed in to Gixen when it happened, I did notice that the scheduled item that Gixen was to bid on first didn't display any updated bid information when bidding was going up on that item.

Could you tell us the eBay item number of the first auction that Gixen detected invalid credentials for?

Is thripplewood also your eBay id?

Its ahppened again with another scheduled item heres the message "Sign
in information is not valid"

All other schedluled items have the same message and have been cancelled, here are the ebay item numbers.
260731085244 ended and not bid on by gixen.

200571517777 active but cancelled
200570346433 active but cancelled

The password Gixen has seems to be incorrect - ebay refuses it. Are you sure that you are not using an old password to log in to Gixen?

The fact that you are signed in to Gixen does not mean that that's a correct password. Gixen allows you to log in with your old password until you log in with a new one.

yes your right mario my ebay password has been changed by one of my family un beknowns to me, apologies for the inconveinience. How do I change my password in Gixen please looked everywhere within settings and dont seem to be able to change it.

You don't - you always log in to Gixen with your current username and password. Make a note of your snipes before you do that - as you will have to re-enter them after logging in with a new password.
