Greetings!
I used a snipe service (Snipe It or some such thing) years ago and was quite sad to see it cease operation. Since then, I have taken vacation time (an hour here and there), set alarms to wake at crazy hours, and bugged my wife to place bids at times I was not near a computer. Then, after all the crazy hassle, I would still lose occassionally (the chance a sniper takes with One bid at the last moment). So it was with some great hesitation when I read about Gixen on Auction Software Review. How could it be Free and still work? How could it be Free? No clue. How could it work? Wonderfully! I tried 4 free bids at different times including 2 that I knew would not have a high enough bid at close. I wanted to see if the service would behave as if I were placing a bid without knowing if it were too low. Voila....All bids were done correctly (as the auction situation warranted). My account has had no peculiar activity since first logging onto this site. I am satisfied enough to pay the $6.00 for helping the site and its folks to stay afloat. Thanks to all involved!! |
