very very annoyed with Gixen

Hello site owner. I have bid on an item, 130476273755, a violin. I am really very very annoyed with Gixen as a first time user, since the bidding was bypassed much later AFTER entering with a remark "restricted area" or something, which i didn't receive when needed. I had already even chatted with the seller on shipment etc and we agreed etc. NO RESTRICTIONS AT ALL !!!! Gixen is really to blame on this one .... causing me to loose the auction for NO REASON at all. -W

Well, I am telling you that there was a restriction, and that restriction is:

"The seller doesn't ship to the location where your primary shipping address is located."

The entire response page is logged, and if you email me I will provide it to you. I would contact the seller again and check if he forgot about this restriction. If not, I would contact ebay customer support and raise the issue with them.

Gixen does not make up these pages - the text on the "restricted" page is very specific, so I don't see it likely as ever being mis-recognized.
