| I received an email from eBay telling me I had to change my password, as they believed someone had tried to access my account. I changed my password with eBay not knowing it does not automatically update my gixen account and lost an auction already because of this! I am losing my auctions because gixen is not allowing me to login with my old password or my new password. What do I do to get into my gixen account please? |

You may have to wait up to 24 hours before you are able to log in again, as eBay inserts captchas after a password change, preventing Gixen from logging in. |
