high bid no win

hi,

just wondering wat happened although maybe im mistaken in how snipes work? increment or ur final amount as i had a snipe of 41.76 but the bid ended at 41.20? does this mean it snipes in increment and i missed increment?

Gixen submits your maximum bid to ebay in the last seconds. Then ebay uses proxy bidding to determine the amount necessary to win. In that range increment is 1$, so your bid was under the asking price.
