| i HAVE USED MY EBAY ACCOUNT FOR BUYING/SELLING/PAYING ETC SEVERAL TIMES A DAY OF LATE. I HAVE NOT CHANGED PASSWORD OR GOT ANY ODD CHARACTERS IN IT; AND YET IT IS BEING REPEATEDLY REJECTED BY GIXEN-NO IDEA WHY? EXCUSE CAPITALS, EYESIGHT NOT BRILLIANT, BUT I CAN SEE HOW TO LOG IN ACCURATELY! |

It might be that Ebay has temporarily blocked your account from logging in via the Gixen server.
If you know for sure you are entering the correct credentials and the problem persists for more than a day or so please email Mario direct at he support address given on the Contact tab above, and include your Ebay id in the email.

| Same problem I cannot log into your site. I did not change anything and now when I come to your site it does not fill in the user name and password and it will not work with my ebay logon and password. This is only for Google Chrome. It works on Fire fox. 322436942713 |

Automatically filling in the user name and password is a function that the browser performs.
Since you are also finding that it works with Firefox, perhaps your issue is just with the Chrome browser.

yet again this is happening. ive logged out and in on 3 different browsing platforms. no issues with ebay logging me in nor are they asking for any extra info or a bot check.
yet gixen will not login.
While i still appreciate the effort and what gixen provides, its seems to a growing trend that the service is not working. daily there are folks who cant login, yet are able to use ebay just fine.
very frustrating. |

Do you use things like the watch list import function quite often ?
Alternatively, do you ever enter your credentials wrongly, in any context not just via Gixen, or change your password on Ebay on a regular basis ?
All these could explain why you seem to have more issues than the majority of the other users of this site.
