| I logged in to ebay this morning as usual. There is an item I want to snipe, but when I try to log into Gixen, I get a message that ebay rejected my password. I\'ve entered it several times and keep getting the same response. I double-checked by logging into ebay and can still log into there with the same username and password combination. Not sure what is going wrong here. |

| Do you use any special characters in your password? Have you changed it recently? |

| I do have 2 special characters and 2 numbers as well as some alphas in my password - have not changed my password in a couple of years |

Are you trying to log in with your email address instead of username only?
Can you try with "dixieswampmama" only? |
