I received this message in the "Status box" "AUCTION RESTRICTED: REQUIREMENTS NOT MET" and I do not understand what it means. I have never had this message before and I lost my bid because of it. This message came up after the bid had finished so I had no warning. Please help

I replied to your email. The issue was already asked in the forum, see the thread here: http://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=342&highlight=requirements
I may not always be able to promptly respond to emails, so always search the forum first, many times the question has been asked before.
