bids with Gixen not being placed--Question

Hi, someone referred me to Gixen to try sniping.
I have TRIED to use it now a few times but MY BIDS ARE NEVER PLACED!?
Am I doing something wrong?
I'm sure I'm supposed to being assigning a group thing or not cuz I've tried it both ways??? PLEASE ADVISE! thx!!

What status do you get on your snipes after they have completed?

If you want to try to win all the items you dont need to assign Groups.

Groups are used if you only wish to win one, once you win an item the rest of the snipes in the group are cancelled.
