Could not add Item

Hi - Gixen won't accept UK item 380148971130 closes 1 day 10 hrs. 3rd try got following message:

That one added OK for me... but I am getting that message intermitantly as well... I think there is some sort of overload on the interface server at the moment, I'd advise you to keep trying and/or come back a bit later when it is a bit less busy here.
