Hi, I logged into Gixen last night, and set up 3 snipes, then logged out. This morning, I logged back in-- before end of auctions, and there was NOTHING at all on my snipe list! So, I logged out, and back in again, and suddenly they appeared. So all was well, I thought. I logged out, and have just logged back in again now-- only to find they are all gone again???
Now Im not sure if they are actually still set up, or not??? |

Did you change your ebay password at all?
From what I can see, your login credentials under which snipes were placed are no longer correct? |

| Hi, no I havent changed my password at all-- i did go and chaeck that...logged out of my ebay, and logged back in with my ususal password, no problems at all. |

| I got one complaint in email as well, so this has been happening occasionally. If possible, can someone notify me at email when this happens (empty list), but before they log in again? |
