gixen say i won but i not win

Hi strange thing with item no 380113809942 my bid was to low and i lost
but gixen say i won.... not a prob, gixen is still the most reliable
sniper i have had at 100% . i tell in case something needs fixing

Hi Dave,

It looks like the Outsniped detection failed to find the later bid for this one, it could happen sometimes if Gixen loses the conection to eBay after submitting your bid.

Just checked and it's indeed true - for some reason Gixen failed to obtain the final price after auction end, and thus failed to detect you were outbid. I could not replicate the problem, so I don't know why this happened.

Ok, Ignore my last post. I think Ebay was slow to update....

I DID win, but ebay still showed the previous bidder. I was pretty surprised to see the email.
