I see no reason to have a clock on the snipe page since eBay provides this on each auction page. The point of using a sniping service is to be free from a clock: you simply decide what you are willing to bid and schedule the snipe. This should not depend on what other people are bidding. Remember, the closing price of the auction is the second-highest bid (plus up to one bid increment), so there is no reason to bid less than the amount you would be willing to pay (and no reason to watch the auction after you've scheduled your snipe). _________________ John
